By accessing or using the Fyronastrael website, services, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our sole discretion.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation email.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments must be made in Euro (EUR).

Pricing: All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Group Discounts: Group discounts are available for parties of 5 or more people booking the same service. Please contact us directly for group pricing.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable but transferable.

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund or rescheduling option.
• Cancellations between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund or rescheduling option.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund, but the booking may be transferred to another person.
• No-shows: No refund or rescheduling option.

Weather-Dependent Activities: For outdoor activities that are weather-dependent, we offer full rescheduling options if conditions are unsafe or if we cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone at +358 45 133 4363. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Health Conditions: You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation in our programs. Some activities may not be suitable for everyone, and we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a program may pose a risk to your health or safety.

Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any of our programs, especially physical activities and herbal therapy sessions.

Allergies: You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, especially to plants, herbs, or foods that may be used in our programs.

Minors: Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign a consent form.

Insurance: We recommend that all participants have personal health and travel insurance. Fyronastrael is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during or as a result of participating in our programs.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fyronastrael makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included in our services.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Fyronastrael disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Health Outcomes: While we strive to provide high-quality wellness services, we do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results from participating in our programs. Individual experiences may vary.

Not Medical Advice: The information and services we provide are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyronastrael, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any information provided through our services
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or participating in our services during the six (6) months prior to the claim.

All content on our website and materials provided during our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Fyronastrael or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The compilation of all content on our website is the exclusive property of Fyronastrael and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Program Materials: Materials provided to participants during programs, such as handouts, recipes, and guides, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

By participating in our programs or using our services, you agree to:

• Treat our staff and other participants with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Respect the natural environment during outdoor activities
• Not engage in any disruptive or offensive behavior
• Not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Feedback and Testimonials: We welcome your feedback and may ask for testimonials about your experience with our services. By providing a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it, along with your first name and last initial, for marketing purposes on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

Photography: We may take photographs during our programs for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the beginning of the program.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through the Finnish court system.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Before filing a claim against Fyronastrael, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as an alternative to litigation.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of Fyronastrael to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Fyronastrael.
